New business plan currently being prepared which will focus on reconfiguration and development initiatives.
Successful completion of the reconfiguration and amalgamation of 9 existing units to meet occupier demand from Matalan. The initiative provided a solution to a substantially vacant mall, driving income from the development footprint, reducing unit numbers and attracting a new occupier to the centre.
New A3 Leisure Hub - Previously 6 units in a secondary pitch with a mix of national retailers, temporary occupiers and vacant units. Following a successful design and pre-letting process, planning consent has been achieved for a Restaurant Quarter development comprising 5 new bars/restaurants. National occupiers previously in the terrace have all been relocated within the centre.
