MERRY HILL WELCOMES THE BODY SHOP’S NEW CONCEPT STORE

The activist beauty brand opened a 2,043 sq ft unit on the lower mall on 4th June and is offering shoppers an ‘interactive’ experience. The Merry Hill store features a refill station, an ‘activism hub’ where people can find out more about the brand’s activist roots as well as campaign for social change around issues such as cosmetic animal testing, and a recycling point for empty packaging from The Body Shop’s range of beauty products.

Graeme Jones, a director of Sovereign Centros, said: “We are thrilled that The Body Shop has chosen Merry Hill to unveil their new sustainable store concept. We are constantly striving to bring new shopping experiences to our customers, now and for future generations.

“The new store opens at an exciting time for the centre as we continue to evolve and improve, with a new-look H&M store also underway. The refurbishment will bolster our strong beauty and wellbeing offering in the centre, alongside hundreds of other household brands under one roof.”
