Business Plan & Achievements

Appointed as Asset Managers on behalf of Frasers Group when the Centre was purchased in October 2024.

The focus of the Business Plan and key priority is the re-anchoring of the Centre with the new occupation of the vacant Debenhams coupled with upsizing key national brands.

The Centre offers a number of opportunities to introduce a range of alternative uses, particularly new leisure operators and leasing up the current vacant restaurant space.

There will also be a key focus on the lease expiry profile over the next 18-24 months which will be resolved through lease renewals and asset management initiatives.

Sustainability is a key ingredient with a number of ESG related initiatives being implemented.

As the dominant retail centre for Exeter, the Business Plan will ensure that there is the right mix of uses to meet customers needs.
