Business Plan & Achievements

Appointed as Asset Managers on behalf of Frasers Group.

The Business Plan will initiate a proactive leasing campaign to introduce new retailers, leisure and restaurant businesses, to minimise voids and increase the net rental income.

The benefits of the newly opened multi-brand new Frasers store at the end of the mall are already seeing an increase in footall and customer interest. A reinvigorated marketing plan is being employed.

A full review to improve the commercialisation offer to grow the income will be undertaken.

There will also be focus on the lease expiry profile over the next 12-24 months to secure early lease renewals and to stablise the income.

The Business Plan will aim to introduce new complimentary retailers to the tenant line up and seek to position the scheme as the most dominant and high quality retail offer in Maidstone.
