Greenwich, Cutty Sark Station
Centros created this 60,000 sq ft mixed-use development above the new Docklands Light Railway station next to the Cutty Sark - one of only 12 World Heritage sites in the whole country.
- The development comprised 60,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space
- 24 private residential apartments and 230 student bedrooms sold to Hyde Housing Association for the University of Greenwich
Business Plan & Achievements
The retail units were let to: Ottakar's (now Waterstone's), M&S Simply Food, Superdrug, Wetherspoons and McDonalds.
The development was opened in August 2002 and has since become an integral part of the Cutty Sark's environment in Greenwich.
