St Enoch – From BHS to the Vue Anchored Leisure Development

Sovereign Centros completed the £40m redevelopment of the former BHS store at St Enoch in October last year.
This included the creation of a state-of-the-art, 9-screen luxury Vue cinema on the second floor, nine restaurants including Nando’s, Cosmo, Delhi Darbar and Donut King on the first floor as well as a large MSU on the ground floor let to TJ Hughes.
Covid restrictions delayed Vue’s scheduled opening until June 2021 but their doors are now open. The restaurants will follow shortly once the tenants have completed fitting out their units.
