SOVEREIGN CENTROS APPOINTED TO ASSET MANAGE MERRY HILL

Sovereign Centros has been appointed as the new asset manager at Merry Hill, to advance a long-term ownership agenda for the Dudley-based shopping centre.
Management of this retail asset has been transferred to the Firm from Ellandi who were appointed in June 2020 after Intu plc went into administration.
Merry Hill has recently been relaunched and there is currently strong demand from retailers to renew leases or take new space in the centre.
