SOVEREIGN CENTROS APPOINTS LEASING, ASSET DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Sovereign Centros has appointed Ben Cox as a Leasing, Asset Development Manager to work across a variety of the firm’s retail, leisure and development projects.
Prior to joining Sovereign Centros, Ben worked at intu where he was a Senior Asset Manager responsible for Eldon Square Shopping Centre and subsequently Metrocentre from 2018. His role involves all aspects of leasing and asset management in addition to delivering development projects. Highlights have included the Grey’s Quarter scheme at Eldon Square.
Ben is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has 14 years post qualification experience.
