STRONG START TO THE YEAR SEES SOVEREIGN CENTROS HIRE FOUR NEW MEMBERS OF STAFF
06th June 2023Poppy Radford and Noah Knapton have been appointed Asset Managers, while Joseph Rooney joins as an Investment Analyst and Muhammad Khan as a Management Accountant.
With experience gained from her roles at JLL and CBREIM, Poppy’s former projects include Trinity Leeds, Grand Arcade, Cambridge, Hammersmith Broadway and Fulham Broadway. In her new role Poppy will manage a variety of projects with a particular focus on leasing.
Noah has held a number of advisory and client-side positions across the UK. He joins from the John Lewis Partnership and will work primarly on Gateshead’s Metrocentre.
Joseph will support business planning, acquisition review and ongoing financial analysis of assets. He was previously a Fund Analyst with Centuria Capital in Australia.
In Muhammad Khan’s role as a Management Accountant he will be involved with the day-to-day financial aspects of a number of the group’s major projects. He worked previously for five-star hotel chains in the hospitality sector and the last three years within real estate.
Sovereign Centros Chief Executive Chris Geaves said: “We have had a very strong start to the year and these new recruits will greatly strengthen the team.”
With approaching 14 million sq ft under management, Sovereign Centros is the dominant player in the sector.
