Business Plan & Achievements

Appointed as Asset Managers on behalf of Frasers Group when the centre was purchased in March 2023.

Sovereign Centros have begun to implement a new business plan for the shopping centre.

The focus of the business plan is the leasing of the former Debenhams space, upsizing of key national brands and introducing a range of new retail and alternative uses into the Centre to enhance the tenant mix. New lettings to Rituals and Pandora show this.

There will also be a key focus on the current lease expiry profile which will be resolved through lease renewals and asset management initiatives. Lease renewals have already exchanged with the likes of Goldsmiths, Lush, Costa and Holland & Barrett.
