Asset management of a prime town centre shopping mall. Sovereign Centros are working with Frasers Group to deliver on a new business plan, focused on strengthening the tenant mix.

Business Plan & Achievements
Appointed as Asset Managers on behalf of Frasers Group when the centre was purchased in March 2023.
Sovereign Centros will implement a new business plan for the shopping centre.
The focus of the plan is a proactive leasing campaign, reoccupying the former department store space, upsizing of existing successful traders and repurposing certain key areas of the centre, introducing a new mix of uses.
A rebranding process is being implemented.
