Adjacent to Marks & Spencer and Oldrids department store, the development comprises 20 shop units and 400 car parking spaces.
As part of the scheme Centros moved Pescod Hall, a listed 15th century timber-framed building, some 20 metres, fully restored it and brought it back into commercial use.
