Sovereign Centros have been engaged to work on a BP strategy that aims to focus on asset stabilisation and a strong leasing campaign to attract new occupiers to the centre.

Since instruction Sovereign Centros have already been instrumental in securing a new 90,000 sq ft Frasers and is working with a cinema operator to deliver a major leisure enhancement alongside associated food and beverage offers.

Further opportunities exist to upsize a number of existing occupiers and to enhance the current tenant mix.
