This town centre regeneration scheme of 220,000 sq ft was developed in partnership with Chesterfield Borough Council and completed in April 2000.

Business Plan & Achievements
Being almost indistinguishable from other parts of the prime shopping route, the development has been successfully integrated into the shopping circuit to become part of the traditional town centre.
English Heritage was particularly complimentary about the development: "A conservation-led retail development that revives the heart of a historic town and sustains it."
