Kidderminster, Weavers Wharf
Working in partnership with Wyre Forest District Council and Brintons Ltd, Centros redeveloped an 18-acre, brown-field site in the heart of Kidderminster's town centre.
- Phase I was completed and sold to Tesco for a superstore and 600 customer parking spaces
- Phase 2 created 400,000 sq ft of retail space including large outlets for Marks & Spencer and Next
- The development won a BCSC Gold Award in 2004
